Celene is an accomplished International Executive Producer and Creative Director based in Los Angeles, originally from Napoli, Italy. Her expertise lies in creative production aiming to create "AHA" moments for her clients.

Having spent most of her life in Europe—Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom—Celene's global experiences uniquely influence her work, connecting with audiences on a profound level.

Notable experiences include working at Cinecittà Studios, Italy's Hollywood, collaborating with Paramount Pictures and Miramax Films on "The Talented Mr. Ripley," featuring stars like Matt Damon, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jude Law, and Cate Blanchett.

Her career brought her to the U.S., diving into the creative ocean with the National Geographic Society HQ, in Washington, D.C., as a multilingual post-production producer for shows such as SharkWeek, Travel Series, Italian Archaeological Discovery for NGTV & Films, NatGeo Italia, and NatGeo Latin America.

In 2014, she co-founded Digital Creative Visionaries (DCV), now CineSalon, a small video production company in Washington D.C.

As Executive Creative Director and Executive Producer, she worked on global projects for prestigious clients, such as the US Air Force, US Coast Guard, The World Bank, US Presidential Communication Office, National Restaurant Association, Joola Global, and The Nature Conservancy.

In 2022, Celene expanded her video production expertise from the East Coast to West Coast in LA, producing an HBO show aired in 2024. 

With over a decade of crafting and producing creative content, Celene excels in innovating and storytelling across culture, advertising, marketing, and entertainment. Thriving in a fast-paced, challenging environment, she brings a curious, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset. 

This drive led her to establish XantoCreatives, her own production agency, offering video production consulting and strategic communication for brands and businesses in product industries, biomedical, aerospace and, more.

Global perspectives, creative content, breaking language barriers, and opening doors—Celene's rundown includes crafting attention-grabbing content, leading diverse teams, and seamlessly handling operations, finances, and global partnerships for culture-defining content.

Specializing in Creative Direction, Cinematography, Photography, Translation, International Policy, and Strategic Global Partnerships, Celene is also the driving force behind Executive Production, Creative Strategy, Budget Management, Crew and Talent Relations, and a variety of production specialties.

Her advocacy led to co-founding ShortKlips, a SaaS platform facilitating quick, professionally edited videos and connecting creatives with clients. 

Trilingual in English, Italian, and Spanish, Celene is an international speaker, author, and holds a degree in Foreign Languages and Film & Media.

When not on production sets, Celene enjoys sailing worldwide and cooking Italian food with friends.
